What we expect from you:
- Ownership of Office management related topics for our Lisbon Office
- Contact and manage several external suppliers and business partners, optimizing the costs and quality of services provided.
- Correspondence management, sending messages and receiving orders.
- Shipments to our branches.
- Invoice Review
- Reception of clients or candidates for interview.
- Operational support to several processes of the company
- Support the organization of events
What you must have:
- Previous experience in office/administration/services related positions is a must
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent Portuguese and English, and another language is a plus
- Strong sense of organization and rigor
- Ability to argue and negotiate
- High level of proactivity, dynamism, and initiative
