What we expect from you:

  • Ownership of Office management related topics for our Lisbon Office
  • Contact and manage several external suppliers and business partners, optimizing the costs and quality of services provided.
  • Correspondence management, sending messages and receiving orders.
  • Shipments to our branches.
  • Invoice Review
  • Reception of clients or candidates for interview.
  • Operational support to several processes of the company
  • Support the organization of events

What you must have:

  • Previous experience in office/administration/services related positions is a must
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent Portuguese and English, and another language is a plus
  • Strong sense of organization and rigor
  • Ability to argue and negotiate
  • High level of proactivity, dynamism, and initiative
